Chef Jay Jorgensen is an award winning chef being the recipient of Gold Coast Signature Dish of the Year – twice! He was the head chef at the well renowned Marine at Kingscliff and then at Roughies at the Peppers Resort at Casuarina he had his own restaurant Jetigos and did a stint on Tedder Avenue. His professionalism, presentation and flavours are a feast for all the senses. Watching Jay, along with the assistance of Sous Chef Jasper Kan, work in the open kitchen is another part of the experience at Verve.

From the Gold Coast Highway Broadbeach turn down T E Peters Drive which is the road which runs between the Jupiters Casino and the Gold Coast Convention Centre. Go over the bridge and through the roundabout and you will come to a set of lights. Turn left and there is a small shopping centre on the corner and Verve is part of this group of shops.
