Verve Restaurant Café & Bar is an intimate restaurant serving excellent food. The stylish contemporary décor with a slight Asian influence creates a warm ambience. The food by Head Chef Jay Jorgensen is outstanding - his approach innovative, creative and full flavoured. He creates food using European principles with Asian influences and it is a hit with locals. The passion for food and wine of owner Shelly Greaves is evident, the service is professional but warm and friendly and guests quickly become regulars. The wine list, like the menu is tight, but with something for everyone and at an approachable price point and we make a mean luxury martini – shaken not stirred.
A unique addition at Verve is the blackboard Cheese Menu which lists around 8 to10 cheeses from around the world – you choose the cheese you want on your platter to suit your taste.

Drop in for a sumptuous Sunday breakfast and then in the afternoon enjoy live music from 1pm till 4pm - depending on the crowd sometimes we pull back the tables and chairs and people are dancing like nobody is watching!
